Q: What are the accepted payment methods?

A: We accept the following forms of payment:

  • cash
  • credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) - for small amounts of USD100 to 1,000 only. For payments in USD, your credit card statement will reflect payment to “Wnetvision (Worldnetvisions)”. Payment must be effective on the same day the deal is done. Failure to do so will result in price being re-calculated, and, in addition, a USD administration fee will be imposed.
  • cleared funds
  • personal cheques
  • company cheques
  • bank drafts (which we will clear) - preferred payment method.
  • bank transfers - bank details will be made known to you upon request.  If you would like to pay by bank transfer, kindly provide us with a written order by snail mail or email.

All credit card orders are reviewed on an order by order basis. Large credit card orders may be subjected to additional documentation or screening, and are subjected to our final approval. Therefore, we strongly recommend using other payment methods for orders more than USD1,000.


Q: What are the recommended payment methods?

A: Orders ranging from 0 to ,000 (USD) are recommended to be paid by bank wire certified cheques, cashiers cheques, money orders or personal cheques, and must be received by us within 5 business days.

Orders ranging from 000.01 to 000 (USD) are recommended to be paid by bank wire certified cheques or cashiers cheques, and must be received by us within 5 business days.

Over 000.01 (USD) are recommended to be paid by bank wire and must be received by us within 3 business days.

 

Q: Is my credit card transaction(s) safe?

A: Yes, all credit card information are encrypted so as to ensure that every transaction is secure.

 

Q: Do you accept international orders?

A: Yes, but we can only accept bank transfers or T.T to our bank account.

 

Q: What are your shipping charges?

A: Shipping charges may vary depending on the chosen shipping country, location, the weight of the package and value of the purchased goods. Total shipping charges will be reflected upon cart checkout. All shipments are fully insured.

 

Q: How will I know if you received my order?

A: A confirmation email will automatically be generated and sent to you upon successful receipt of order.

 

Q: Am I able to cancel my order?

A: For orders not shipped yet, you will be able cancel it at any time. Please kindly e-mail us your cancellation request.

 

Q: When and how will my order be shipped?
A: Most orders are shipped within 3 business days from the date of receiving good funds payment. Wire transfer payments by credit card or cleared cheques are considered good funds. While we have allowed a full week for check clearance we usually do this in a shorter duration. You will also be notified of any delays.
